Every stylist is fully trained; the difference between levels is experience. Prices are for shoulder-length hair.

- Deposits
- Colour appointments over £100 need a £20 deposit, taken when you book and taken off your bill.
- Cancelling or moving
- Give us 48 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment or refund your deposit. With less notice, the deposit covers your stylist's time.
- Running late
- We'll always try to fit you in. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your appointment.
- Colour guarantee
- Not quite right? Tell us within 7 days and we'll adjust your colour free of charge.
