House rules
A few things that keep the chairs moving and fair for everyone.
- Cancellations
- Can't make it? Cancel or move your booking at least 4 hours before, so someone else can have the slot.
- Running late
- We'll hold your slot for 10 minutes. After that we may need to shorten your service or move you to the next free chair.
- No-shows
- Two missed bookings without notice and we'll ask for a deposit next time you book online.
- Kids
- Under-16s need a parent or guardian with them for the whole cut.
- Prices
- Prices are a guide. Very long or thick hair may cost a little more; we'll always tell you before we start.
- Feeling unwell?
- Please rebook if you're poorly. There's no charge for moving a booking for illness.

- Last walk-in is 30 minutes before closing, so we can give everyone a proper cut.
